Setting Up Your Order Of Service

The order of service is exactly that. An order of things happening in the service. In the openlp.org order of service specifically, this contains items that will be used in the service, such as songs, presentations, videos, Bible verses, etc.

The first thing we want to do is to set up our order of service with some songs.

1. First click on the New Order of Service button, so that we have a new order of service.
   
2. Find your first song by either scrolling down the list of songs, or by using the search box above the list of songs.
   
3. Then click and drag the song across to the order of service list.
   
4. Drop it in the list, and see how it's appended to the list.
   
5. Save the order of service to disk so that you can load it later.
