List Index out of bounds (1)

When I use bible database creator, to convert a csv bible file to an olp file, I get an error message saying "List index out of bounds (1)." does anyone know what the problem is. I have set up the csv file as [book],[chapter],[verse],[text].

As of one of the early RC's (can't remember which one right now), the Bible database creator has been deprecated in favour of the built in Import Bible tool.
