OPEN LP is not opening

I have this problem, that every time i open the program it doesn't open. so then when i reinstall 'open lp' it works then when the program is closed and opened again it doesnt open so, then i end up reinstalling it again for it to work.

Have Any ideas

pls try to help me out

Which version of Windows are you using?

I am using Vista- Home  edition package

I've not tried it on Vista Home, only Business which works fine.

Are you logged in as an admin or limited user?

it worked for 4 weeks and then stopped working

OK. Before this topic quickly ends up with 3000 back and forth comments, is there any other information that we may find useful? Has anything changed on the computer in the last month or so. Are you doing anything with the computer or openlp that might be considered unusual? Have you been diving around "under the hood" at all?

Not really anything that i can think of, but i did add a lot of themes and couple of times when i started the program it said some error with the theme, saying that it cant find it or something. but i also found that powerpoint wasn't opening, other than that nothing...

Right, so now you double click on the openlp.org shortcut, and nothing happens at all? No windows, no messages, no nothing? Do you get an hourglass at all, if so how long for?

When you try re-installing openlp.org you say it works the first time, but not subsequently? The first time it runs successfully, do you add anything before exiting and attempting to re-open? Have you tried re-install, run, exit immediately, run again? Does that work? How many themes appear is the list when you run it after re-install?
