Go Live & Add to OOS buttons from Preview Pane

First, I appologize if this has already been mentioned.  I've searched and perhaps have overlooked it.

It would be awesome and extremely useful to have icons in the preview pane that would take what you are previewing and "Go Live" or "Add to OOS".

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

This has been asked for before, and we're looking at it for possible inclusion in 1.2. Currently this is not possible in 1.0.x as the slide controls limit us.
