[Howto] Openlp on Linux w/Dual Monitors in Wine

I know other people have got this working before (I found a couple of obscure references around the place), but didn't find much other information.

If anyone is wondering my setup, it's this:

  • Multiple monitor setup already working in Linux, with KDE and Xinerama.
  • Wine 0.9.57 (configured as Windows XP)
  • Openlp 1.0
Things pretty much just worked for me (http://www.digitalfishbowl.net/openlp-and-dual-monitors-on-linux-with-wine/ if anyone is interested).

Just thought I'd post here in case anyone else was wondering, or has any questions. I'd be glad to help someone else troubleshoot their setup for this if they need it!

Thanks for the "howto" joefish, I'm sure it'll help others.

Just to say that we do have a cross-platform version in the works, but it'll be a long time before anything happens there...
