List Index out of bounds (-1) On Startup

after installing 1.01  I get List Index out of bounds (-1) On Startup and when I try to do anything in the program I get the same error.

I uninstalled and went back and installed 1.0 and RC6 and both the same. The only tiem I dont get these is when I install RC4 or lower.

Any Help would be appriciated.

Update:

Error came from not having the monitor selected in the options.

Problem Resolved .

I have the same problem....so i went and set the monitor, which seemed to help.....

The problem i am now getting is that the pointer is staying as an hour glass.....
